Daily rates: Rooms 1/2 $300 weekday and $190 weekend; Rooms 3/4 $200 weekday and $145 weekend. Weekly: Rooms 1/2 $1500, Rooms 3/4 $1000. Monthly: Rooms 1/2 $4800, Rooms 3/4 $3200. Overnight gear storage $50/day. Solo Room 3/4 $15/hr; full facility events $100/hr. Backline rentals: amp $50/day, keyboard $75/day, electric or acoustic guitar $20/day, DI box $10/day, SM57/58 $20/day, drum set $100/day.
Engineer is not included in the session rate.
